With the 2015 upgrades to the ISO9001 and 14001 standards, and the 2016 alignment of the automotive standard TS16949 (now designated as IATF16949), HT Brigham decided that it was time to develop a single, fully integrated Business Management System. This was developed through 2017, covers all the requirements for Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Management and has been designated the “HT Brigham QUENSH management system”
The Company has seen a number of benefits associated with the development journey, including increased QUENSH ownership at all levels, a greater focus on risk avoidance, enhanced customer focus, improved teamwork and a general feeling of inclusion and empowerment throughout the company.

Our expert Quality team applies best practice procedures and process control measures across the manufacturing system for metal pressing conformance. Rigorous controls are further enhanced by equally stringent input from our Production team at each stage of the metal stamping manufacturing cycle.
Our fully automated Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) measures the physical geometrical characteristics of a finished component and is ideal for the measurement of high volume, technically complex components. This, along with a comprehensive range of mechanical and electronic measuring equipment implemented for optimum product inspection, means that we can ensure the highest quality metal stamping output.
